Emmett McDowell
Emmett A. McDowell Co Founder of AKC | McDowell Realty brings a wealth of expertise to his real estate career, with over three decades of military service, a law enforcement background, and experience as a contractor and construction project manager.
He previously served as President & CEO of D.A. Builder Services and as Construction Project Manager for Park Hill Development, a custom home builder in Bergen County. Emmett also dedicated 25 years to the Upper Saddle River Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant. In the U.S. Air Force, he has held roles as Aircraft Maintainer, Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector, and now serves as Maintenance Squadron Superintendent for one of the Air Force Reserves' largest squadrons.
A graduate of Thomas Edison State University and the Community College of the Air Force, Emmett also holds an FAA Airframe & Power Plant License. His unmatched attention to detail, loyalty, and work ethic set him apart in the real estate field.
